Return & Refund Policy
At Horsepower Nutrition Store (“we,” “our,” or “us”), we are committed to providing quality nutrition products. This Return & Refund Policy outlines the terms under which returns and refunds are processed for purchases made through our website.
1. Eligibility for Returns
Products may be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.
To qualify for a return:
- The product must be unused and in its original condition.
- All original packaging, seals, labels, and tags must be intact.
- The product must not be opened, consumed, damaged, altered, or tampered with.
Due to hygiene and safety regulations, health supplements, nutrition products, and other consumable goods cannot be returned once opened or unsealed.
2. Conditions for Refund Approval
A return request will be approved only in the following cases:
- The product delivered is damaged during transit.
- The product is defective.
- An incorrect item was delivered.
- The product received is expired.
Customers must provide clear photos or videos of the product and packaging to support the return request. We reserve the right to reject claims that do not meet verification requirements.
3. Refund Process
Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, refunds will be initiated within 5–7 working days.
- The amount will be credited to the original payment method within 2 business days after processing.
- Refund timelines may vary depending on banks or payment providers.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via UPI or bank transfer after confirmation of customer details.
4. Return Shipping
- If the return is due to damaged, defective, expired, or incorrect products, we will bear the return shipping cost.
- For all other approved returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
Returned items must be securely packed. We are not liable for damage caused due to improper packaging during return transit.
5. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled only before dispatch. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled. Customers may request a return after delivery in accordance with this policy.
6. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Used or partially consumed products.
- Opened or unsealed supplement containers.
- Products damaged due to customer mishandling.
- Free gifts, samples, or promotional items.
- Products returned without original packaging or labels.
